Social Media Executive (UAE Nationals Only)– INDEX Media

General Summary or Job Objective:

We’re looking for an energetic, highly motivated, team player who lives and breathes social media to handle, produce and publish content on Social Networks & Websites and assist in executing online campaigns. The candidate should have the ability to manage time, handle projects, initiate and complete new tasks and fulfil requirements pertaining to content and social media.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in developing engaging and compelling content, including social media posts, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and optimize social media advertising budgets to maximize performance and ROI.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and opportunities within the social media landscape.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with social media platform representatives and partners.
• Prepare regular performance reports to measure and communicate the impact of social media initiatives.
• Support market research activities and conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Actively engage with online communities by monitoring conversations, responding to comments, and maintaining positive brand interactions.
• Create tailored content for feeds, stories, and snippets across multiple social media platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule content across multiple subsidiaries generating daily social media activity.
• Optimize content tagging and titling to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and rankings through SEO-focused content practices.
• Drive growth in followers, audience engagement, and online community development while collaborating closely with subsidiary teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance and activity reports.
