Social Media Executive – UK & EU

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Executive to lead and execute content strategy across the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with performance-focused execution, delivering high-quality content tailored to regional consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution

  • Conceptualize and produce engaging short-form content (Reels, TikTok, lifestyle videos).
  • Plan and execute product shoots and lifestyle campaigns aligned with brand positioning.
  • Develop compelling captions and storytelling formats tailored for UK & European audiences.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Market-Specific Strategy (UK & Europe)

  • Adapt content strategies based on UK and EU consumer trends and seasonal calendars.
  • Monitor regional competitors and implement trend-based optimisations.
  • Ensure cultural and linguistic appropriateness in messaging.

Brand Management

  • Manage social media accounts across multiple consumer brands (fashion, travel, lifestyle, consumer goods).
  • Build community engagement and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with influencers and external creative partners where required.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyse key metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
  • Use Meta Business Suite and analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Implement data-backed improvements to increase visibility and performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Meet deadlines and campaign timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and performance teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Min. 2–4 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of UK and European consumer markets.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing Reels, TikTok videos, and lifestyle shoot execution.
  • Experience managing brands within fashion, travel, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong English copywriting skills with the ability to craft conversion-focused content.
  • Practical experience using social analytics tools and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is considered an advantage.
