Role:

Manage customer interactions on social media, respond to queries, and maintain brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to queries on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram

* Monitor platforms & ensure timely responses

* Escalate issues & track customer feedback

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree

* Strong Urdu & English communication

* Fast typing skills

* Social media knowledge

* Laptop, internet & power backup required

Compensation Package:

✔ Basic Salary: PKR 37,000

✔ Service Commission: PKR 9,000

✔ WFH Allowance: Up to PKR 2,500

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
