Therapy & Beyond is a leading rehabilitation and psychiatric care facility dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and mental health challenges. We are expanding our outreach and are looking for a talented professional to manage our digital presence.

Position: Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our presence across all major social media platforms
• Create and post engaging videos, reels, and content aligned with our mission
• Plan and run targeted ad campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with our team to create impactful storytelling and awareness campaigns

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic designing tools (Canva/Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Working knowledge of SEO & digital marketing strategies
• Strong creativity and ability to connect with audiences empathetically
• Prior experience in healthcare or NGO sector will be an added advantage
