Social Media Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Expert to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate or property marketing, with a deep understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube trends.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and leads.
• Run targeted paid ads and analyze performance reports.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to promote listings and projects.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong skills in content creation, video editing, and ad management.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.
• Good communication and creative thinking skills.
• Real estate industry experience will be a plus point.
