Knowza Learning Solutions — back-office partner of a UK-based organisation — is expanding and launching a new venture, Strivex. We’re hiring a Social Media Expert to join our Lahore (Jail Road) team and support its growth.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a disciplined, creative, and results-driven Social Media Expert to plan and execute effective digital campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience working with reputable brands (sports experience is a plus) and maintains a strong personal social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute social media campaigns that meet brand goals and marketing objectives.
• Edit and polish influencer/creator content, including scripts and videos, to ensure high-quality, platform-ready output.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and content creators to develop engaging ads and visuals for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Manage strategic initiatives such as product launches, onboarding campaigns, brand awareness drives, and sports/event promotions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and digital tools to improve content and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years of social media management experience.
• Experience working with reputable brands or agencies (sports industry experience is a plus).
• Strong personal social media presence that reflects creativity and content understanding.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
• Basic design and editing skills (Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience working with international clients or digital marketing agencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
