Social Media Expert

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Expert with at least 2 years of experience in managing social media platforms and running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through paid and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee company social media platforms
• Plan, create, and execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor and optimize ad performance to improve conversions and ROI
• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling
• Develop social media content strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives and content
• Stay updated with social media trends and Meta advertising policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management and Meta Ads
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
• Experience with campaign optimization and performance marketing
• Understanding of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics
• Basic knowledge of content creation and design tools (Canva/Adobe preferred)
• Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
