We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert to join our luxury beauty salon in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging beauty-related content, and building a premium online brand presence. This role is perfect for someone who understands luxury aesthetics, beauty trends, client engagement, and how to turn salon services into scroll-stopping content, because apparently even flawless hair and lashes need a full marketing strategy now.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the salon’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create, plan, and schedule high-quality content, including reels, stories, posts, captions, and campaigns.
• Develop a monthly social media content calendar aligned with salon promotions, services, trends, and brand identity.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of salon services, transformations, products, staff, and client experiences.
• Write engaging captions and creative copy that reflect a luxury beauty brand tone.
• Monitor comments, messages, inquiries, and client engagement in a professional and timely manner.
• Support paid advertising campaigns and promotions to increase reach, bookings, and brand awareness.
• Track social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Follow beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and luxury market trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Coordinate with salon management, beauty specialists, and influencers for content and campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in beauty, salon, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, reels, stories, and content trends.
• Excellent photography, videography, and basic editing skills.
• Ability to create elegant, premium, and visually attractive content.
• Strong copywriting skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps, or similar editing tools.
• Understanding of paid ads, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in Qatar or the GCC market is an advantage.
