About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Expert with a strong understanding of crypto to help build and grow our presence across key platforms. You’ll create and post content daily, appear on camera, jump on trends quickly, and work closely with product and marketing teams to turn ideas into content that people actually engage with.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. You’ll be hands-on with short-form video, social copy, and real-time content execution. If you’re constantly online, deeply connected to Gen Z internet culture, enjoy being on camera, and want to grow inside a fast-moving startup, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, post, and manage short-form social content across platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for short videos, reels, stories, or product explainers.
• Support copywriting for captions, posts, threads, email marketing and simple social campaigns.
• Stay up to date with crypto market trends, narratives, and basic technical analysis to inform content.
• Assist with simple market research and chart reading to support educational or market-related posts.
• Collaborate with the Product and Creative teams to align social content with product updates and launches.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social platforms.
• Organize and schedule content, track posting cadence, and follow up on approvals or feedback.
• Use basic tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion) to track content ideas, calendars, or performance metrics.

• Strong understanding of crypto markets and interest in trading, narratives, and trends.
• Confident, camera-friendly personality with the ability to explain ideas clearly and naturally.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for engaging, scroll-stopping content.
• Lives and breathes social media with a strong Gen Z mindset, instinctively understanding trends, formats, and fast-moving online culture.
• Heavy daily user of social platforms with a native understanding of Gen Z content, humor, and engagement patterns.
• Highly organized and consistent with posting and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple small tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Based in Dubai and available for on-site work.
