Overview
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in setting up and managing Facebook and Instagram Shops, as well as driving brand growth through strategic social media management. This role requires both technical knowledge of social commerce and strong creative skills to deliver engaging campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and optimize Facebook and Instagram Shops, ensuring seamless integration with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Manage product catalogs, collections, and shoppable posts to create a smooth shopping experience across social channels.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase sales.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, and ads) across social media platforms.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to keep strategies current.
• Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Expert with strong focus on Facebook & Instagram Shops.
• Hands-on expertise in setting up and managing social commerce stores and product catalogs.
• Solid knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Instagram Shopping tools.
• Strong creative skills with ability to produce compelling visuals, copy, and campaigns.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, AI-driven marketing, or digital agencies.
• Knowledge of omnichannel strategies integrating social commerce with marketplaces and websites.
• Ability to run influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs16,931.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
