Social Media & Graphic Design Team Lead

Your Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Graphic Design Team Lead to manage the social media and design team, handle multiple brands and projects, and ensure all content meets brand guidelines, SOPs, and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the social media and graphic design team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery
• Manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously, ensuring monthly posting targets are met
• Ensure 24 posts per brand per month (mix of reels, static posts, and carousels)
• Ensure all creatives strictly follow brand guidelines and Dubai team SOPs
• Oversee content planning aligned with Dubai trends, festivals, and marketing calendars
• Ensure no spelling, grammar, capitalization, or formatting errors in any published content
• Coordinate with content writers, SEO, and ads teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
• Ensure product/service availability is verified before promoting any item
• Review and approve all creatives and captions before publishing
• Plan and present social media ad strategies, budgets, and achievable goals for approval
• Track performance and submit monthly social media and design reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media and graphic design, with leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to manage teams and multiple brands/projects
• Strong understanding of design principles, social media platforms, and content performance
• Experience working with strict SOPs, targets, and approvals
• Ability to plan content strategically and manage deadlines effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
