Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, questions, and messages, and engage with followers to build community.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future content.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and design innovations.
  • Generate, edit, and share engaging content, including text, photos, and videos, for all social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies and content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, including promotions and competitions, to increase brand awareness and followership.
  • Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and other digital or print content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Handler.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
