Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission

We are a specialized web development and graphic design agency with core expertise in CMS Development, UI/UX Design, and Graphic Design. While Upwork is a strong channel, we are building a diversified lead pipeline. We seek an expert to own our organic social media presence, attract our ideal clients, and generate qualified leads through valuable content and strategic community engagement.

Position Summary

The Organic Lead Generation Expert is responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that establishes our agency as a thought leader and directly generates sales-qualified leads. This role moves beyond generic posting to create targeted, value-driven content that attracts business owners, marketing managers, and startups needing our services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Strategy & Planning

· Develop and own a comprehensive social media marketing plan aligned with business goals (lead generation, brand authority).

· Identify and focus on 2-3 core platforms where our ideal clients are most active (e.g., LinkedIn for B2B, Instagram for visual branding, niche communities).

· Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish a content calendar focused on themes like "CMS pitfalls," "UI/UX best practices," and "brand identity breakdowns."

2. Content Creation & Curation

· Create high-value, platform-specific content: short-form videos (project walkthroughs), carousels (top 5 tips), case study snippets, and engaging visuals.

· Craft compelling copy that speaks to client pain points and showcases our expertise without being overly salesy.

· Repurpose core content pieces across different formats and platforms to maximize reach.

3. Community Engagement & Lead Nurturing

· Proactively engage in relevant conversations, groups, and comment sections to build relationships and visibility.

· Implement a system to respond to comments and DMs promptly, qualifying inbound interest and scheduling introductory calls for the project manager.

· Use organic tools (polls, questions, AMAs) to foster community and gather leads.

4. Analysis & Optimization

· Regularly analyze performance data (reach, engagement, profile visits, website clicks) to refine the strategy.

· Track lead sources and report on the quality of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) generated from social efforts.

· Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

· Proven Portfolio: Demonstrable experience growing a business or professional service account organically on social media (provide links or metrics).

· Strategic Mindset: Ability to connect content to business outcomes, not just vanity metrics.

· Excellent Writing & Visual Sense: Skill in creating clear, engaging copy and directing visual content creation (can collaborate with your designers).

· Understanding of the Service Industry: Knows how to market intangible services (like design/development) effectively.

· Basic Analytical Skills: Comfortable using platform insights and basic spreadsheets to track performance.

Preferred

· Personal interest or basic knowledge in web design/development trends.

· Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Canva).

· Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced lead sourcing.
