We believe social media is not just about posting content, but about building perception, driving demand, and converting attention into sales and footfall. We are now looking for an experienced, execution-focused Social Media Marketing Expert who can take ownership of our brands’ digital presence and grow them strategically.
We are hiring a results-oriented Social Media Marketing Expert who will manage and grow the social media presence of 2–3 brands across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (if required), and short-video platforms (Reels/Shorts).
This role requires someone who understands:
- Brand building
- Consumer psychology
- Content that sells without looking like ads
- Campaign planning for launches, offers, and store/website traffic
You will work closely with the founder/marketing head and play a key role in shaping how our brands are perceived online.

What We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for consumer brands (Food, D2C, Retail, Lifestyle preferred).
- Strong understanding of Instagram marketing (Reels, Stories, Carousels).
- Experience planning content that directly or indirectly drives sales and footfall.
- Understanding of consumer psychology & storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without compromising quality.
Tools & Execution
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of short-form video editing (Reels/Shorts).
- Ability to brief designers and creators clearly.
- Organized, structured, and deadline-driven.
Mindset & Personality
- Strategic thinker but hands-on executor.
- Takes ownership—does not wait for constant instructions.
- Creative, proactive, and trend-aware.
- Comfortable working closely with founders and decision-makers.
- Understands that social media is a business growth function, not just posting.
