Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Growth Manager to lead and scale our social media presence. The ideal candidate will focus on audience growth, engagement, and performance optimization across platforms, with strong knowledge of Spanish to support bilingual or Spanish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media growth strategies across platforms

Drive follower growth, engagement, and reach using organic and paid tactics

Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

Manage content calendars aligned with growth objectives

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams

Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates

Ensure consistent brand voice across all social channels

Manage campaigns targeting Spanish-speaking audiences when required

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in social media growth or digital marketing

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics

Excellent communication and content strategy skills

Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required

Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns

Data-driven mindset with creative execution skills

Preferred:

Experience with paid social media advertising

Influencer marketing experience

Knowledge of SEO and content optimization

Knowledge of trading is mandatory
