Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Handler to manage our brand’s presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, posting, monitoring engagement, and driving consistent growth across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X.com, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily posting across all social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content including posts, captions, stories, and short videos.
  • Monitor comments, inboxes, and audience engagement.
  • Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Identify trends, hashtags, and content opportunities to increase reach.
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all digital communications.
  • Assist with paid campaigns when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management (fresh candidates with skills may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Basic design or content creation skills (Canva or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Experience with short video editing (reels, TikTok-style content).
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or scheduling tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
