About the Role:
Simply BPO is hiring an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven social media strategies to enhance engagement, visibility, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and employer branding goals.
• Manage and oversee content creation, design, and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Lead campaign planning, ad management, and audience targeting using Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager.
• Analyze KPIs and create performance dashboards using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar tools.
• Supervise the creative team to maintain content quality and consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated with social trends, algorithms, and digital innovations to guide strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support marketing, HR, and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communications.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing management.
• Expertise in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards.
• Strong understanding of SEO, digital ad campaigns, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Creative mindset with analytical thinking and attention to brand detail.
