The Head of Digital Marketing will lead, develop, and execute digital strategies across all businesses under Max Holding, including Neemopani, HelloSalam, Unity Tourism, Automax, Bright Star LPG, Unity Exploration, 3SC Technologies, and other subsidiaries.
This role demands a skilled digital leader with strong strategic vision, creativity, and hands-on experience in digital campaigns, online branding, content marketing, and data analytics. The candidate must be able to handle multi-brand digital operations and drive online visibility, engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy for all Max Holding brands.
- Plan and execute digital growth plans, performance roadmaps, and brand positioning.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring clear KPIs, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
2. Social Media & Content Management
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and brand communication across all platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across Neemopani, HelloSalam, Automax, and all sub-companies.
- Coordinate with the Creative Team to develop engaging content, campaigns, videos, and designs.
3. SEO, SEM & Performance Marketing
- Manage SEO efforts to increase organic reach and search ranking.
- Handle paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure optimal ROI.
4. Website & Digital Platforms Management
- Ensure all company websites are updated, user-friendly, and aligned with brand identity.
- Supervise UI/UX improvements and landing page optimization for conversions.
- Coordinate with developers and IT teams for updates and new feature integrations.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Track performance through Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM dashboards, and other tools.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing performance metrics, audience insights, and campaign recommendations.
- Use data to propose strategic improvements and enhance digital presence.
6. Brand Development & Online Reputation
- Strengthen the brand identity of all Max Holding entities on digital channels.
- Handle online reputation management (ORM) including reviews, feedback, and crisis communication.
- Ensure compliance with content guidelines, legal requirements, and brand SOPs.
7. Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure unified messaging.
- Support internal events, campaigns, promotions, and public announcements.
- Work closely with content writers, designers, videographers, and agency partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or Mass Communication (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4-6 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-brand digital strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems, email marketing tools, etc.
