Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, create, and schedule content for various digital channels, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve desired results.
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Insights to track and report on marketing performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and audience insights to refine marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content teams, to develop marketing assets and materials.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring targeted and effective communication.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and promote content that enhances brand presence.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation, applying these insights to improve campaigns.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the team lead.

Qualifications/Skills

• Experience required: 3-5 years in digital marketing or related field
• Position type: Mid-level
• Education: BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable university
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
