Social Media Handler

Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: PKR 35,000
Qualification: Fresh Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media inboxes, comments, and customer queries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a positive tone and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Keep records of customer interactions using MS Office tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed.
• Assist in basic content posting or updates on social media pages (if required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
