Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, email campaigns, Google Ads, SEO basics, WhatsApp marketing, and strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ensure segmentation, automation, and reporting.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Remarketing.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare regular reports.
• Implement basic SEO practices such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and traffic tracking.
• Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns using Interakt tool for automation and customer communication.
• Coordinate with the design team and video editors for creative content, reels, banners, and promotional videos.
• Coordinate with vendors for digital marketing-related tasks such as paid campaigns, website updates, and branding activities.
• Prepare professional presentations (PPT), Excel-based reports, and official Word documents.
• Support overall digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Practical knowledge of Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Interakt, and social media tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent command of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, creativity, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
