About Us:

SRS Group of Companies is a fast-growing conglomerate operating across five distinct brands: SRS Jaidaad (real estate marketplace), SRS Developers (interior design & development), SRS Beyond Energy (solar energy solutions), H&S Textile (wholesale clothing), and Marjjan Construction (construction & development). We're looking for a creative, design-savvy Social Media Handler to manage and elevate our digital presence across all five brands.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows what's trending before it trends, and can turn that instinct into scroll-stopping content. You'll be responsible for designing, planning, and managing content across multiple brand pages while keeping each brand's visual identity sharp and consistent.

Responsibilities:

Design social media creatives (posts, stories, reels covers, carousels) using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Plan and manage content calendars across all five SRS brands

Stay on top of emerging social media trends and adapt content formats accordingly

Conduct regular competitor analysis and brand audits to identify opportunities and gaps

Track, interpret, and report on engagement metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.)

Maintain visual and tonal consistency across each brand while bringing fresh, original ideas to the table

Collaborate closely with the videographer and broadcaster for integrated content campaigns

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design using Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for branding consistency

Solid understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and content formats

Working knowledge of competitor analysis and brand auditing

Comfortable working with engagement analytics (Meta Business Suite, Instagram/Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)

Self-starter who's "chronically online" and constantly aware of what's new and relevant

A portfolio of past design/social media work is a plus

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (or related design field)
