We’re looking for a creative and organized individual to manage multiple social media pages, engage with audiences, and coordinate with our design and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

Manage and monitor official social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content posts, reels, stories, and videos.

Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to produce creative visuals and captions.

Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and reviews to ensure active community engagement.

Stay updated with platform trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.

Track, analyze, and report key metrics (reach, engagement, growth).

Suggest creative ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and audience growth.

Assist with post boosting or basic paid ad management (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or Communications.

2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.

Good English writing and communication skills.

Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar for quick content creation.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.

Analytical approach to performance tracking and improvement.

Organized, consistent, and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
