Social Media Handler Intern

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Handler Intern who is passionate about social media and eager to gain hands-on experience in managing digital platforms and e-commerce operations. This internship is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in social media management and online business development. The role provides practical exposure to content creation, social media marketing, advertising campaigns, and Shopify order management without the responsibility of leading a team. The intern will contribute to the daily operations of social media pages, support customer engagement, and assist in implementing marketing strategies aimed at business growth. The ideal candidate possesses a basic understanding of e-commerce tools such as Shopify and has an interest in learning about Facebook Meta Ads and digital advertising. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to effectively manage social media interactions and maintain accurate records of sales and performance metrics. Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Facebook Meta Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Handle order management on Shopify, including order processing, confirmations, and tracking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily and monthly records of sales, orders, and social media performance metrics.
• Engage with social media audience inquiries promptly and professionally to support customer service efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital marketing strategies and e-commerce initiatives.
• Perform regular monitoring of social media trends and recommend content ideas to enhance audience engagement.
• Learn and apply best practices in social media marketing and paid advertising under supervision.
• Support the administration of e-commerce operations to ensure smooth business processes and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in generating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and online sales performance.
