Duties

• Engage with followers through social listening techniques to understand audience preferences and tailor content accordingly.
• Create high-quality visual content including photography and video editing to showcase products and promote campaigns effectively.
• Provide friendly, efficient services by processing transactions accurately, managing E-commerce sales, and assisting customers with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized area while fostering positive relationships with customers through excellent relationship management skills.

Experience

• Experience in public relations or branding initiatives that enhance brand image across multiple channels.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service as a cashier.
• Familiarity with photography and video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.
