Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and executing impactful social media campaigns to promote company products and events.
- Create, manage, and update weekly and monthly editorial calendars for social media channels.
- Support the development and distribution of engaging multimedia content including blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases.
- Track, measure, and analyze social media engagement, providing insights to optimize performance.
- Support marketing activities during live and online events with engaging social media coverage.
- Conduct research on social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content direction.
- Brainstorm, pitch, and research original content ideas aligned with company goals and brand voice.
- Design social media graphics and assist with photo/video shoots to produce authentic digital content.
- Attend events and site activations to capture real-time content for digital marketing.
- Edit photos and videos in line with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Write compelling social media captions that connect with and engage the target audience.
- Help produce and edit short-form video content optimized for different platforms.
- Propose new strategies and creative approaches to boost engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Ensure all social media content is consistent with the company’s brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Apply a deep understanding of branding application to ensure all campaigns strengthen the brand’s positioning and recognition.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Understanding of branding, brand positioning, and how to translate them into digital content.
- Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging copy for diverse audiences.
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh, relevant content ideas.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
