Duties

• Assist in creating and curating compelling content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends and conduct social listening to engage with our audience effectively.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and e-commerce initiatives.
• Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to manage posts and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create visually appealing content.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic reach.
• Engage in public relations efforts by building relationships with influencers and managing brand reputation online.
• Assist with video editing and photography for promotional content.
• Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.

Skills

• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and web analytics (Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with social listening techniques and public relations practices.
• Excellent content creation skills with a focus on branding and relationship management.
