Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Social Media Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion marketing and digital content creation. The intern will support the marketing team in showcasing our latest collections, managing daily social media operations, and contributing to the growth of our online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of engaging social media content strategies tailored for the fashion and luxury retail industry.
• Contribute to the planning, creation, and publishing of daily content (posts, Reels, Stories, short-form videos) that highlights Rani Mahal's products, collections, and brand aesthetic across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
• Support the content calendar management to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments/messages under supervision, and help build a strong online community.
• Assist in basic photo and video editing for social media use.
• Track and report on basic social media performance metrics (engagement, reach).
• Research current fashion trends, relevant hashtags, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
• Assist in on-site photo and video shoots, including coordination and setup.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Passion for fashion, design, and social media.
• Basic understanding of content creation and visual storytelling.
• Good written communication .
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their features (especially Instagram and its content formats like Reels/Stories).
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing apps (e.g., Canva, mobile editing tools).
• Highly organized, proactive, and keen to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Journalism, or a related field.
• Prior experience or course work in social media management is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing creative content (even personal projects) is welcome.

• Duration: 3-6 months
• Timings: 10-7
• Stipend: 6,000 - 10,000
• Reporting To: Marketing Head / Store Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
