The Role:

We are seeking two enthusiastic and talented Social Media Intern to support our creative team. This is a crucial, hands-on, full-time Work From Office role based in Pune. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong foundation in design principles, and is ready to jump into fast-paced digital projects immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Curation

• Assist in developing and executing a monthly social media content calendar across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
• Design and create engaging visual content (e.g., graphics, short videos, stories) using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar, ensuring brand consistency.
• Write compelling and clear copy for social media posts, optimized for platform-specific best practices and audience engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and platform changes to inform content strategy.

2. Community Management and Engagement

• Monitor and respond promptly to comments, direct messages, and mentions across all social channels in a professional and brand-appropriate tone.
• Identify opportunities for proactive engagement with followers, industry influencers, and relevant communities.
• Assist in managing and organizing user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.

3. Platform Management and Scheduling

• Schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Zoho Social) to ensure timely and consistent posting.
• Maintain and optimize social media profiles (bios, links, highlights) to reflect current campaigns and brand messaging.

✨ Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrable interest in and knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva is a plus).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio or examples of previous social media work (personal or professional) is a bonus.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
