What You’ll Do

You’ll support and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms by:

• Assisting with social media content creation and strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Designing engaging posts and videos using Canva, CapCut, and similar tools
• Managing and scheduling content across platforms
• Occasionally joining on-site drone operations to capture behind-the-scenes content
• Supporting SEO/SEM initiatives to increase visibility
• Creating editorial calendars and content syndication schedules
• Monitoring performance metrics, insights, and trends — and acting on them
• Editing short- and long-form videos using trending sounds and formats

Who You Are

• A currently enrolled university student in the UAE
• Very experienced with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital media (internships, freelance, or personal projects accepted)
• Highly active on global social media platforms, especially within the MENA region
• Creative, curious, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools, with examples of social content you’ve created
• Comfortable editing various types of video content using trending music and formats
• Eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to an innovative, purpose-driven startup
