As part of our growth, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and support marketing initiatives.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and content management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to learn new tools, especially AI-based marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Create, schedule, and publish content using Canva and AI tools
• Monitor trends, comments, and messages to improve engagement

SEO & Website Management

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
• Optimize website content for keywords and user experience
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Track performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns
• Conduct competitor research and prepare performance reports

AI Tools & Marketing Automation

• Use AI-powered tools for content creation, SEO, and analytics
• Assist in improving workflows using automation and chatbots

Additional Support

• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Assist in organizing webinars, online events, and partnerships
• Coordinate with HR and admin teams for branding and communication support

Requirements

• 4 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
• Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and content marketing
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, and AI marketing tools
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Strong communication and analytical skills
