Role Overview

WELD is seeking a Social Media Content Intern to support the brand’s growth across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms. This role is ideal for a creative self-starter who understands social trends, short-form storytelling, and authentic brand content.

The intern will be responsible for producing approximately 2-3 original, high-quality social media posts per week, with creative direction and feedback provided by the WELD team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver ~10-15 high-quality posts per month
• Film, edit, and caption content optimized for TikTok and Instagram
• Develop creative concepts aligned with trends and brand voice
• Integrate product messaging in a clear, compliant, and authentic way
• Collaborate with the WELD team on feedback and revisions
• Consistently meet agreed-upon deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video content (personal or brand accounts)
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Have your own camera equipment/video editing software they can use
• Comfortable appearing on camera (preferred, not required)
• Interest in sports, fitness, or consumer brands
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
