Job Description:
Role title: Social Media Intern
Role reports to: Marketing Department and General Manager
Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Position Overview:
PRIME Digital Ventures is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Internee to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for individuals passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing to gain hands-on experience and contribute to engaging online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms.
• Write captions, schedule posts, and support in managing community interactions (DMs/comments).
• Support the execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant hashtags to suggest content ideas.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and content initiatives.
• Assist in scriptwriting and basic content ideation for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.).
• Help with basic shooting and behind-the-scenes support for content production when required.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on engagement and growth.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva and CapCut is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics is preferred.
• Good writing and communication skills (caption writing/scriptwriting).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Internship (On-site)
• Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on performance)
• Stipend
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
