Digital Marketing Trainee - Female

Ibix Global Tech is looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and running online campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for social media (posts, captions, basic creatives)
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Support in developing strategies to increase brand awareness and leads
• Coordinate with the team for content planning and marketing ideas
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Timings:

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)

Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
