Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have overall knowledge of social media, content creation, customer engagement, and digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and post engaging, creative, and attractive content
• Use various content creation and editing tools (any relevant software)
• Assist in running and monitoring Meta Ads campaigns
• Manage accounts through Meta Business Suite
• Engage with customers through posts, comments, and messages
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain engagement
• Support website engagement and content coordination
• Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas
• Assist in basic SEO and digital marketing activities

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of social media management
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Meta Business Suite
• Understanding of content creation tools/software (any)
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle customer interaction professionally
• Creative mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

• Awareness of social media trends and algorithms
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Basic analytics and reporting understanding
