- Create, film, and edit social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and Soci (platform listed) — including Reels/TikToks, Stories, static posts, and short clips from classroom activities and events.
- Attend and capture content at center events (open houses, family nights, partnerships, local community events); plan content to market events before, during, and after.
- Write blog posts and website content as a subject-matter contributor/thought leader in early childhood education — topics should be accurate, timely (seasonal/trend-aware), age-appropriate, and appropriate for families.
- Manage the content calendar and coordinate posting schedules with the admin team.
- Partner with local businesses and vendors to create collaborative content and long-term community partnerships.
- Meet 1–2x per month with Enspire (our digital marketing partner) to align on digital strategy — Enspire handles digital advertising, geofencing, programmatic/paid campaigns and location-based targeting to fill vacancies and drive local awareness; you’ll collaborate to ensure organic content and paid strategy are coordinated. enspireforenterprise.com+1
- Implement basic caption best practices, on-brand messaging, and professional voice suitable for a preschool audience.
- Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and report highlights to the admin team; surface content ideas based on what’s working.
- Ensure all content respects privacy, child protection policies, and center consent procedures (no student identifiable content without signed permission).
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.0 – 10.0 per week
