Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Timings: Evening shift (5:00 PM to 1:30 AM) — 5 days/week
Stipend: PKR 30,000/- Per month

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who’s eager to learn how professional brands manage and grow their online presence. During this internship, you’ll be working closely with different teams and gaining real exposure to the behind-the-scenes of social media operations, from coordinating content to understanding platform behavior and timelines.

This is a paid internship designed for someone who wants to explore the digital marketing space, gain real-world exposure, and work alongside a friendly and collaborative team. You’ll not be expected to create content or develop strategies, instead, you’ll be helping make sure everything runs smoothly by organizing and posting the content that’s already created by our team.

For the right candidate, this internship also has the potential to evolve into a full-time role. If you show genuine interest, take initiative, and grow with the process, we’re more than happy to invest in your development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the content, design, and operations teams to gather finalized social media content
• Organizing and managing the social media calendar and keeping it up to date
• Publishing posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Reviewing captions, visuals, hashtags, and links to ensure everything is accurate before posting
• Keeping detailed records of what’s been posted, where, and when
• Monitoring basic post engagement (likes, comments, shares) and sharing relevant updates with the team
• Assisting in keeping brand tone, format, and visual consistency across all platforms
• Supporting general social media-related admin tasks that contribute to overall flow and team coordination

Ideal Candidate:

• Organized, dependable, and enjoy ticking things off a checklist
• Curious about how social media works beyond just scrolling
• Comfortable navigating platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• A good communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions
• Willing to learn and improve as part of a team
• Any internship or hands-on experience in social media management is a plus, but not mandatory

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Interest in short-form content like Reels or TikToks
• Basic exposure to video editing or design tools
• A desire to explore SEO, paid social ads, or content strategy in the future
