Social Media Intern – Property Management (Houston, TX)

Job Summary

Are you the go-to friend for making funny TikToks and trending Reels? We’re a fast-growing property management company based in Atlantic City looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Intern to help us capture content that brings our vacation rentals—and the Houston, TX lifestyle to life!

This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing. The intern will assist in developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence. This is a paid internship opportunity.

Duties

• Visit our rental properties in Houston to capture photo/video content.
• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories (think tours, funny moments, lifestyle shots).
• Capture local culture, events, and beach town charm to mix into our content calendar.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and schedule content ideas.
• Stay on top of trends in social media and help us jump on the right ones.

Who You Are

• A current college student (or recent grad) looking to build your portfolio.
• Comfortable filming on your phone and editing in-app or with tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Rush.
• Funny, creative, and super online—you know the difference between a trend and a flop.
• Self-motivated and organized—you can take a task and run with it.
• No real estate experience necessary (but a love for nice homes, decor, or interior shots is a plus!).
• Must be local to the Houston area and open to occasional travel (expenses covered).

Pay: $15.34 - $16.24 per hour
