What You'll Do (Get Ready for Variety!)

• Dream up, script, and edit short-form videos (think Reels, YouTube Shorts, viral LinkedIn posts)Follow, predict, and hop on hot trends, memes, and audio that get people engaged.
• Turn raw footage and ideas into share-worthy videos using pro editing tools.
• Upload final videos on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn—on time, every time.
• Shape the brand’s online vibe with creative, on-trend storytelling.
• For now, you’ll create content for 2 Seas Marketing—but get ready for a future where you might craft content for clients, too!

What We Want to See:

• Skills in video editing (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut/VN, etc.) and a creative approach to storytelling.
• Confidence in writing scripts for reels/shorts—think hooks, punchlines, and viral potential.
• Sharp eye for trending formats—know what works, spot what’s next.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter energy, and solid time management.
• Social media savvy—especially Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
