Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including creatives, reels/shorts, and long form videos. [Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn].
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Make data-driven ecommendations for adjustments and improvements.
- Interact with users on all social media outlets and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative ideas and incorporate them into our social media strategy.
- Have basic knowledge of gathering social media insights.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the organization’s brand identity and positioning by ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Good to Have:
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and experience in creating content and managing marketing campaigns on these platforms.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with social media campaign analysis, tracking, and reporting metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
