Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media & IT Coordinator to oversee our digital presence, community engagement initiatives, and basic IT operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the public image of the firm, communicating our expertise in legal services, and ensuring smooth technical operations within the office.

The ideal candidate will be able to balance professionalism with creativity, producing engaging content that highlights our legal expertise while also providing reliable IT support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage the firm’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) including content planning, posting, and monitoring.
  • Create and curate professional and informative content (posts, stories, short videos, infographics) that reflect the firm’s brand and services.
  • Monitor trends and ensure the firm’s online presence is relevant, engaging, and in line with legal industry standards.

Content & Campaigns

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with the firm’s practice areas and objectives.
  • Draft engaging captions, articles, and updates highlighting case successes (where appropriate), legal insights, and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and external agencies for high-quality visuals and campaigns.

Brand Positioning & Marketing

  • Build awareness of the firm’s practice areas and legal expertise.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns for seminars, workshops, or corporate events.
  • Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all communications.

Community Engagement & PR

  • Grow and engage our online community of clients, partners, and followers.
  • Identify and build relationships with business groups, and media outlets relevant to the legal industry.

IT Support & Digital Operations

  • Manage and update the firm’s website, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Handle corporate emails setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide first-level IT support for office hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors for advanced technical support or upgrades.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices are maintained across all digital platforms.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance of social media campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Stay updated with best practices and trends in digital marketing, legal communications, and IT.

General Requirements

  • Based in the UAE; office presence required.
  • Proven experience in managing social media and digital marketing for professional services, law firms, or corporate sectors.
  • Basic IT knowledge (emails, website management, troubleshooting office tech issues).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to balance professional/legal tone and engaging content.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. (Arabic is must)

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with legal sector marketing and UAE regulations regarding advertising for law firms.
  • Knowledge of website CMS.
  • Basic graphic design capabilities.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Interest in law, business, or professional services communications.
