Job Description

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Social Media & IT Officer to manage our company’s digital presence and internal IT support. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, SEO, and website management along with basic IT troubleshooting skills. (Job Location is DHA Lahore).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website.
• Handle and grow the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.
• Generate quality leads through digital channels.
• Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Create engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Provide internal IT support for office systems, network, and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience with website management (WordPress or similar platforms preferred).
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and office IT systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
