Google Ads Specialist – Home & Living eCommerce (B2C | UK)

About the Role

We're a fast-growing Home & Living brand with a large and diverse product catalogue, and we're looking for a sharp, data-driven Google Ads Specialist to help us scale our B2C performance across the UK and international markets.

You'll be joining a collaborative marketing team where your work will have direct, visible impact on revenue. This is the right role for someone who thrives in a high-SKU environment, knows how to make Shopping and Performance Max campaigns sing, and has a genuine feel for the UK home interiors and living space market.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display for a large Home & Living product catalogue (thousands of SKUs across furniture, décor, kitchenware, bethe, and more)
  • Manage and continuously improve product feed quality in Google Merchant Centre — titles, attributes, custom labels, and segmentation strategies
  • Lead performance across the UK market as the primary focus.
  • Hit and improve key KPIs — ROAS, CPA, revenue, and conversion rate — through smart bidding, audience layering, and ongoing testing
  • Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to align seasonal campaigns with key Home & Living moments (e.g. Black Friday, New Year refresh, Spring/Summer launches)
  • Monitor Google Analytics 4 and report on campaign performance with clear, actionable insights for the wider team
  • Keep up with Google Ads updates, beta features, and Home & Living sector trends

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in a B2C eCommerce setting
  • Proven track record managing large SKU catalogues, comfort with hundreds to thousands of products across Shopping and PMax campaigns
  • Solid understanding of the UK market, consumer behaviour, seasonality, and competitive dynamics in Home & Living
  • Working knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and product feed management (DataFeedWatch, Channable, or similar tools a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with Smart Bidding strategies and audience segmentation
  • Comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent analytics/reporting tools
  • Google Ads certification is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) for UK Google Shopping — a real advantage
  • Experience running paid campaigns during peak Home & Living seasons (e.g. January sales, summer refresh, gifting season)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Ads / Bing for UK audiences
  • Basic understanding of product margin and pricing dynamics in retail/eCommerce

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
