We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Representative who can visually communicate our artistic vision and engage with a vibrant creative community. This role is ideal for someone who understands aesthetics, branding, and the power of visual content in the arts industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories showcasing student work, exhibitions, events, and campus life
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with admissions campaigns
- Write compelling captions tailored to art and design audiences
- Capture and edit photos/videos of studio sessions, workshops, and student projects
- Design promotional creatives, posters, and digital ads
- Respond to inquiries professionally and convert leads into admissions
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with design trends, social media algorithms, and creative marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
- Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or Canva
- Experience in content creation and short-form video editing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and work independently
- Prior experience in educational or creative industry preferred
