Social Media Lead

Location: Clifton, Karachi

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Lead to manage and grow social media presence. The role involves creating engaging content, promoting services, managing online interactions, and driving brand awareness across platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Plan, schedule & maintain a content calendar for consistent, timely posting.
• Run promotional campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and track performance to optimize results.
• Monitor trends and audience behavior to guide creative direction and brand engagement.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally across all platforms, including Google Business reviews, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly. Effectively manage and resolve customer issues or feedback to maintain and strengthen the brand’s reputation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage on-ground content shoots and PR activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, creative leads) to meet deadlines .

Job Requirements:

4-5 years proven work experience as a social media similar role.

Experience in planning and leading community initiatives.

Excellent English communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Hands-on experience with social media management.

Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Preference will be given to male candidates.
