THE OPPORTUNITY

Noble Mobile is seeking a creative, strategic, and passionate Social Media Lead to build our digital presence and tell the Noble story to the world. You’ll be the voice of Noble across all social platforms, creating content that highlights our unique value—rewarding customers for using less and standing out as a mobile carrier that actually values your health, finances, and community engagement. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer and co-founder, you’ll build and execute a social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engages our community, and fuels growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and own Noble Mobile’s social media strategy, aligning it with our brand tone of disruptive, smart, and direct, while demonstrating we are the people’s mobile carrier and the new standard in wireless.
  • Create compelling, platform-specific content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that showcases how Noble rewards customers and stands apart from legacy carriers.
  • Manage all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, & more) and grow our audience through organic and paid efforts.
  • Collaborate with a leading creative agency, as well as marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and visually stunning campaigns.
  • Engage with our community of Nobilizers—respond to comments, spark conversations, and build a loyal following of Noble die-hards.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and customer sentiment to keep Noble ahead of the curve in the wireless space.
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and brand impact.
  • Lead partnerships with our key influencers and creators who align with Noble’s values to amplify our message. We will be going to market with some of the biggest podcasters and comedians on the planet, and you’ll lead the social strategy to amplify these partnerships.
  • Experiment with bold, unconventional ideas to disrupt the mobile industry narrative and position Noble as the fresh alternative.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in consumer tech, telecom, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of growing engaged social audiences from nothing and driving measurable results.
  • Outstanding storytelling skills—able to turn data plans and rewards into exciting, relatable content.
  • Exceptional judgement – knowing how to build and stick to a brand voice that never makes a customer cringe
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for spotting trends and turning them into opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for Noble’s mission to be the first mobile carrier that actually puts people first, and put power back in customers’ hands.
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing, graphic design, or guerrilla marketing tactics.
