We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Management Associate to manage and grow our online presence. This role requires an individual skilled in content creation, analytics, and engagement strategies, with a focus on B2B and B2C audiences.

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels, create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms

Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement, manage a budget for social media activities

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification

Set up and optimize pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content

Monitor and analyse engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.

Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with business goals.
Requirements

Experience in social media management, particularly within B2B and B2C sectors.

Strong knowledge of social media tools and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).

Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
