Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Management Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and helping clients build a strong online presence. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities to optimize performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and maintain online community presence.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for campaign development.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).
• Knowledge of SEO, paid social ads, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
