Social Media Management Instructor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Management Instructor to train and mentor students in the latest social media strategies, tools, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands, a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons on social media management, content creation, analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
• Train students on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Teach practical skills such as content scheduling, paid advertising, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
• Provide real-world case studies and hands-on assignments to ensure applied learning.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support students in building personal or business social media portfolios.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or organizations.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, advertising platforms, and content strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and engage learners.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing principles.
• Experience in running paid ad campaigns on social media platforms.
