Position Summary

Are you a digital native with a flair for creative communication? Join MENTISERA as a Social Media Management Trainee and become the voice of our brand.

This 6-month remote traineeship provides a gateway into the exciting world of digital marketing within the EdTech industry. You will collaborate with our marketing team to manage social platforms, craft engaging content, and grow our online community — while learning the essentials of brand building, analytics, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:
Develop engaging and on-brand content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

Community Management:
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive online presence.

Campaign Execution:
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote MENTISERA’s initiatives and products.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor social media metrics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements for better engagement.

Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with current social media trends, emerging tools, and best practices to keep our content strategy fresh and relevant.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their target audiences.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with creativity and consistency.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Basic graphic design or video editing experience.
• Previous experience managing personal or organizational social media accounts.
